Damaged / Incorrect Goods
If you receive an order that has an issue, please contact us immediately (via email, phone or fax). In circumstances like this, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
If for any reason you have ordered a product, and it was not what you had expected, or you just didn't need it, after all, we will be glad to accept this item back. We can only accept unopened products, no longer than 30 days past the purchase date, and for a 25% re-stocking & handling fee.
Canceling Recent Orders
Our process of receiving your order to time of shipment is usually (but not limited to) 12 hours. If you made a mistake in your order, call us as soon as you notice, so we can correct your order before shipping.
